Lyndsey is a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about supporting mental health as part of whole-person care. She enjoys working collaboratively alongside therapists to help patients feel supported, informed, and confident in their treatment. Her approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and centered on helping individuals navigate mental health concerns with care and understanding.

She believes that medication management, when appropriate, can be an important part of treatment and values open communication and teamwork within an integrated care model. She is motivated by the opportunity to help others and is excited to be part of a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient well-being.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through regular workouts. She values balance, connection, and self-care—principles she also encourages in those she serves.
