Hannah Town
Hannah is passionate about helping children, teens, and adults feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges. She strives to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on building meaningful connections with each individual she works with.
She values meeting clients where they are and believes therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. Whether supporting children through emotional or behavioral concerns, helping teens navigate transitions, or working with adults through life stressors, she is dedicated to providing thoughtful and encouraging care.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her children and can often be found at the ball field cheering them on. She values family, balance, and connection, and brings those same values into the work she does with clients.
